Terms & conditions
The terms governing participation in the Asia Hospitality Awards, including intellectual property and media usage.
01Acceptance
By clicking Next during account creation, the applicant consents to the Terms and Conditions of the 2027 Asia Hospitality Awards on behalf of themselves and the organization they represent.
02Entry and payment
An entry is registered once the USD 200 fee is received. Fees are assigned to the registered project and category, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable, including when a project is not selected as a winner.
03Editing and withdrawal
Entries may be edited until the SUBMIT button is pressed or the 25 February 2027 deadline passes. Projects may be withdrawn before judging begins by notifying the Organizing Committee.
04Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to submitted projects and materials remain with their rightful owners. Participants confirm they hold all rights, permissions and consents for the material submitted.
05Media usage licence
Participants grant Asia Awards Organization (AAO) and AHA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and archive submitted materials to administer, promote and document the awards, with credit wherever reasonably practicable.
06Award-winning fee
Winners contribute an award-winning fee of USD 2,800 (attending the Winners’ Night) or USD 2,450 (non-attendance) per winning category to accept the award and its benefits. Winners may decline by notifying the Organizing Committee; once paid, the fee is non-refundable.
07Disputes
Where a credible allegation of copyright infringement or unauthorized use arises, AHA may suspend, remove or disqualify a submission pending investigation. AHA and AAO are not liable for disputes arising from submitted materials.
