Submission guidelines

01Who is eligible
Submissions are welcome for any projects or works related to hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, lounges & bistros, spas & beauty centers, cruises and yachts, hotel developers and managers, chefs and tour operators across Asia.
02Project status
Completed, incomplete, or conceptual-stage projects that have been granted approval may enter the relevant categories. Past award-winning projects from other competitions are also eligible.
03Number of entries
Participants can submit single or multiple entries in an unlimited number of categories. Each category entered carries its own entry fee.
04Create your account
Sign up at ahawards.co with your personal name, email and password, then your organization name, country, postcode, email and Facebook or website address. By clicking Next you consent to the Terms and Conditions.
05Select categories & pay
You are taken straight to Nominate your entry. Select your categories, then pay USD 200 per entry between 20 July 2026 and 25 February 2027. Entries are not accepted until the fee is paid; the invoice is emailed within 14 days.
06Complete your submission
From your dashboard: entry name, location, concept / function, innovation, differentiation, quality of service and social responsibility (up to 300 words each), property / organization name, stakeholder / owner and up to 10 photos under 5 MB (PNG, JPG or JPEG). Special Achievement entries add a cover letter of up to 500 words.
07Judging criteria
Authenticity, customer satisfaction review, online presence / engagement, quality of service and corporate social responsibility.
