How the Asia Awards Organization collects, uses and protects your information.
01What we collect
Account details, organization details, submission content and payment records. Card data is processed by our third-party payment gateway and is never stored by AHA.
02How we use it
To administer your entry, process payment, communicate deadlines and outcomes, and publish winning entries.
03Marketing
We send awards announcements only where you have opted in. You can withdraw consent from any email or by contacting the Organizing Committee.
04Sharing
Submitted materials are treated confidentially and accessed only by the Organizing Committee and the official jury, unless permission is granted for promotional use.
05Retention
Account and entry records are retained for the awards cycle and a further five years for archive and verification purposes.
06Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to submit@ahawards.co.
